Shipping & Returns

Delivery Within United Kingdom (Including Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

1) UK FREE Economy Delivery - For all orders over £25.
Delvery can be up to 7 days from dispatch. Goods will be sent to you by the cheapest available method.
 
2) UK Royal Mail Post - This is charged at £1.49 for 1 item, £1.75 for 2 items & £1.95 for 3 items or more.
Delivery should normally take 2-7 working days. If you are not in a calling card may be left for you to collect at your local Royal Mail sorting office. This service is not tracked, if you would like a tracked service please choose the Royal Mail Tracked option described below.
 
3) UK Royal Mail Recorded - This is charged at a flat fee of £2.95 per order.
Delivery should normally take 2-7 working days. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in a calling card will be left for you to collect at your local Royal Mail sorting office. This service is not tracked, if you would like a tracked service please choose the Royal Mail Tracked option described below.
 
4) UK Royal Mail Tracked - This is charged at a flat fee of £3.95 per order. Recommended.
Delivery should normally take 2-4 working days. This service is fully tracked (from dispatch to delivery) and is more secure than sending by Royal Mail Post and Royal Mail Recorded. You must be in to receive your parcel and a signature may be required. If you are not in a calling card will be left for you to collect at your local Royal Mail sorting office. This service is not guarenteed, if you would like a more urgent service please choose the Next Working Day Courier described below.
 
5) UK Next Working Day Courier - This is charged at a flat fee of £6.95 per order.
Goods are delivered next working day from dispatch. All orders are tracked and insured. A signature is required for delivery, if you are not in a calling card will be left for you. You can then rearrange delivery or collect from your nearest depot. Please note the courier will not deliver on Weekends or any English Bank or Public Holiday.

Delivery Within Europe

1) Europe Signed For - This is charged at £7.35 for 1 item, Each additional item is £1.25 up to a Maximum price per order of £21.95.
Delivery should normally take 5-10 working days. If you are not in a calling card may be left for you to collect at your local sorting office. This service is tracked in the UK only, a signature will be required on delivery. There may be an additional surcharge for heavy items. We are unable to send Aerosols by post, but we may be able to send by courier for an additional cost. Countries available for this service are Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan & Vatican City State.
 
2) Europe Airsure Tracked - This is charged at £8.75 for 1 item, Each additional item is £1.25 up to a Maximum price per order of £22.95.
Delivery should normally take 4-9 working days. If you are not in a calling card may be left for you to collect at your local sorting office. This service is fully tracked and goods arrive quicker than Europe Airmail and Europe Signed For. There may be an additional surcharge for heavy items. We are unable to send Aerosols by post, but we may be able to send by courier for an additional cost. Countries available for this service are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Spain and Sweden.
 
3) Europe Road Courier - This is charged at flat fee per order for various countries.
  • Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Ireland is £19.00
  • Austria & Denmark is £22.00
  • Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia & Spain is £24.50
  • Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia & Sweden is £27.00
  • Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania & Romania is £29.95
Delivery should normally take between 2-9 working days depending on distance. If you are not in a calling card may be left for you to arrange redelivery or collect at your local depot. This service is fully tracked and a signature is required. We can send Aerosols by this method.

Delivery Within The Rest of the world

£8.00 for 3 items or less and under 1Kg. £16.00 for 4-6 items and under 2Kg. £24.00 for 7-10 items and under 3Kg. £32.00 for 11-15 items and under 4Kg. £40.00 for 16-20 items and under 5Kg. £48.00 for above 20 items or above 5Kg. There may be an additional surchage for heavier items. We are unable to send Aerosols to anywhere outside of Europe. Delivery should normally take 5-10 working days.

In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area.

My Order Has Been Dispatched, But I Have Not Received?

Please see details below for each method of dispatch:

UK FREE Economy Delivery, UK Royal Mail Post, UK Royal Mail Recorded, UK Royal Mail Tracked, Europe Airmail, Europe Signed For & Europe Airsure.

Up to 7 days - Delivery should normally take between 2-7 working days. Majority of the parcels are delivered within this time frame. Please make sure you have given us your correct address including house number or name and postcode.

Over 7 days but under 15 days - If you have not received your item within 7 days please check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office as they may have tried to deliver but not left a calling card. 

Over 15 days - If you have not received your parcel and it has been over 15 working days you will need to contact us. We have to wait 15 working days as Royal Mail does not consider a parcel as lost until after 15 days. We will then contact Royal Mail on your behalf to try and find the parcel. Royal Mail can take up to 1 month to fully investigate a lost parcel (especially those lost abroad) and may contact you during this investigation.

Over 60 Days - Once Royal Mail have responded back to us to confirm the parcel has been lost. We will contact you to find out whether you would like redelivery of the item or a refund. We can only do this once Royal Mail has confirmed to us that the parcel has been lost as this prevents any fraud from occuring.

If your parcel is returned back to us either because the address is incorrect or because of failure to pick up from your local sorting office then we will charge for redelivery of the parcel, the cost of which will be determined according to the weight. We would not be able to re-deliver this item for free as we do not get the delivery costs refunded back to us by Royal Mail.

These guidelines are based on Royal Mail's guidelines which you can find on their website here. If you are not happy about these guidelines or if you would like a more secure, urgent and tracked delivery service we would recommed using the UK Next Working Day Courier service.

UK Next Working Day Courier

If you are not in when the courier calls then he will leave a calling card for you to arrange redelivery or pick up. In the Unlikely event of not receiveing your goods within 2 days of dispatch please contact us. We would be able to tell you the reason for the delay and when the goods will be delivered. If the outside of your parcel is damaged when you receive please make sure you sign for the parcel as being damaged on delivery. If the contents of the box is damaged or your parcel is lost then you will need to contact us whereby we will refund or replace the item(s) within 7 days. You may need to take a digital photo to demonstrate the damage and/or send the damaged items back to us.

What is your returns policy?

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to us using the returns service in the my accounts section and must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of goods to obtain a returns authorisation and return instructions. Please note we will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 7 working days. We will not process opened or used items. We recommend that you visit your local department store, find the product or scents you enjoy, and then visit our website to purchase them at a discount off the retail price.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
