How much is postage & packaging?
United Kingdom & Channel Islands
FREE for orders over £20, £1.75 for an order less than £20. Delivery is via Royal Mail and should normally take 2-5 working days. Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Europe
£6.00 flat fee. Delivery should normally take 3-5 working days.
Rest of the world
£25 flat fee. Delivery should normally take 5-10 working days.
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area.
We have decided to keep our product prices as low as possible by not offering free delivery. Therefore our prices are not inflated to bear this cost, there is no minimum order value and you can buy as much as you want with the same delivery charge.
What is your returns policy?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to us using the returns service in the my accounts section and must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of goods to obtain a returns authorisation and return instructions. Please note we will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 7 working days. We will not process opened or used items. We recommend that you visit your local department store, find the product or scents you enjoy, and then visit our website to purchase them at a discount off the retail price.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
